Joining PBH in 2002, Mr. Selvanathan initially served as the Property Development Director before taking on the role of CEO, where he now oversees the company's operations. His leadership and comprehensive expertise in all facets of Property Development—ranging from land acquisition, planning, project management, to project completion—have transformed the company into a reputable property developer.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specialized in International Marketing and Finance. Additionally, he has obtained the Certified Credit Professional certificate from Bank Negara Malaysia through IBBM programs. Possessing more than 30 years of experience in construction management and the Property Development Industry, his contributions have been impactful.

Under his guidance, the group has notably launched the distinguished high-end housing project "ResTrees." These developments primarily comprise Semi-Detached and Bungalow residences, featuring secured, gated facilities alongside club amenities.

Mr. Selvanathan's journey with PBH began with over a decade at Maybank, where he gained extensive insights across diverse departments, particularly excelling in commercial and corporate loan sections within the Selangor/Kuala Lumpur Region. His active collaborations with renowned Corporate Property Developers such as Sime UP, I&P Group, IOI Group, and SHL Group during his tenure at Maybank have solidified his foundation for success in the dynamic Property Development Industry.
